We build for the farm we stand in.

Snowball is built around the decisions that keep a dairy moving: what needs attention, what the records say, and what the crew does next. We started on a working dairy and keep shaping the product around its daily use.

Why dairy first

The work never stops
Cows are milked every day of the year, through holidays and blizzards and everybody's time off. There is no quiet season in which a farm can afford for the list to fall apart, which makes coordination worth more here than almost anywhere else in agriculture.
The farm already has records
Robotic milkers, herd systems, sensors, feeders and cameras are already on these farms, producing data that takes time to read across separate screens. Snowball brings those records together as the starting point for each farm's setup.
Across every shift
A dairy of any size runs on people across shifts, often in more than one language. That's the actual coordination problem, and it's the one the industry's software has mostly ignored in favour of telling you more about cows.
The decisions are worth learning
Every day a good manager makes hundreds of small calls about what matters, who should do it, and what can wait. Captured properly, that is the most valuable record of how the farm operates. Snowball keeps those calls and corrections visible.

How we build

We test Snowball every day on a working robotic dairy. The crew clocks in, gets work from it, and tells us when it is wrong. That feedback shapes what we build.

The daily use shows us where the product helps and where it gets in the way. We use that feedback to adjust the screens, workflows, and information Snowball brings forward.

Where this goes

  1. Today

    It runs the day's work

Snowball reads what the farm records, notices what needs doing and proposes each job to the right person. For now, human hands are how the work gets done.

  2. Next

    It learns the operator

Every confirmation and correction is a trace of a farmer's judgment. Those traces teach it to reason about the farm the way its best manager already does.

  3. Then

    The hands change

Robots and machines take work the same way the crew does today, with the farmer directing rather than driving. Every farm modernises at its own pace, and we meet each one where it is.

Come see whether it fits your farm.

Tell us about your operation and we'll show you where Snowball could help.
